In order to provide the life essential elements to crops, fish meal fertilizer is utilized on large scale through Edo, Meiji, and Taisho era. Vegetations except from crops are also provided into fields to provide organic elements.

It is hypothesized that the organic objects on land in Japan accumulated Magnesium sourced from the ocean depending on commercially supplied fish meal fertilizers on large scale. It is hypothesized that Magnesium sourced in the ocean was supplied through fish meal fertilizers and accumulated in the organics like vegetations, crop derivatives, animal bodies, or human body. It is also hypothesized that the high Magnesium concentration in human bodies caused the high physical performance and the resilience against the heart or nerve diseases, e.g. myocardial infarctions and the epilepsy.
